Eligibility for Refund

• Full Refund: You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your registration at least 7 days before the course begins.
• Partial Refund: Cancellations made 3 days before the course start date may be eligible for a partial refund, minus any applicable cancellation fees.
• No Refund: Cancellations made less than 3 days before the course start date or after the course has started are not eligible for a refund.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval. Please note that processing fees or transaction fees (if applicable) may be deducted from your refund amount.

Exceptions

No refunds will be given for course materials or special workshops that were purchased separately.
