Course Cancellations

• You may cancel your course registration up to 2 days before the course start date for a full refund or reschedule.
• Cancellations made within 2 days of the start date will incur a 20% cancellation fee.

Rescheduling

• Please notify us at least 2 days in advance to reschedule. Requests are subject to availability.
• Rescheduling requests after the class has started may incur additional fees and require approval.

No-Show Policy

If you fail to attend a scheduled class without prior notice, the class will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued.

Special Circumstances

In case of emergencies (e.g., medical reasons), exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation Procedure

• To cancel your course, email us at info@studyjapaneselanguage.com with your full name, course details, and reason for cancellation.
• Refunds will be processed within 15 business days after receiving the cancellation request.

Non-Refundable Fees

Registration fees, visa processing fees, and any other administrative fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
